Responsibilities
Overall program management – developing key deliverables with the cross-functional team and building a plan that delivers to time, cost, and quality.
Ownership of program management deliverables.
Schedule development and adherence – focusing on leading sprints between gateways (3 months).
Risk management – assessing and mitigating program risks.
Target balancing – decomposing high-level targets into system-level targets to enable development to cost, time, and quality.
Budget and cost control (with support of financial controller).
Cross-functional leadership.
Program reporting to board level.
Change management – both scope and cost, employing expert support from the configuration and change management team.
Problem-solving – a controlled response to issues to maintain key program milestones.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field is essential
Project management skills are crucial with experience in a project management role within an automotive OEM
Experience within the cross functional product management domain through the entire lifecycle of a vehicle program
Experience leading people, inspiring energy and optimism for delivery
Strategic thinking
Expert communicator across all layers of the company
Preferred
Collaborator – experience and consciousness of all disciplines and functions
Resilience – comfortable operating with ambiguity and uncertainty
