Responsibilities
Develop winning product propositions and business cases.
Manage export market strategies.
Author milestone papers.
Ensure on-time delivery and manage program health.
Oversee program timing, deliverables, and health reports.
Lead export, complexity, and capacity workstreams.
Co-manage the sourcing process.
Facilitate decision approval forums and steering team meetings.
Collaborate with the studio team to define vehicle appearance.
Lead key studio milestones and appearance approval forums.
Manage change management during prototype builds.
Resolve launch issues and oversee Plant Vehicle Team processes.
Champion a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in Program Management within the automotive industry
Must have strong understanding of program management workstreams
Must have exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have ability to build strong relationships and drive issues to resolution across multiple teams
Must have ability to articulate a point of view and effectively collaborate within a highly collaborative environment
Preferred
Master's of Science degree
4+ years of experience in Program Management within the automotive industry
Engineering or innovative feature development experience
Deep knowledge of vehicle development milestones and deliverables
Proven passion for automotive product development and the brand
