Responsibilities
Program management of creative projects, especially product branding and community product marketing initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional partners such as community product marketing, UX design, product managers, and comms.
Work with our internal brand creative team of designers, animators, and copywriters, along with our studio partner to produce assets in a variety of mediums, including on-platform branded moments, digital ads, motion graphics, landing pages, and social posts.
Manage ticket requests in our Jira project management tool, assess briefs, create and manage project timelines, and own communication between cross-functional stakeholders and our creative team.
Know when to push back and negotiate deliverables and timelines based on existing resources and what is best for our brand and communities.
Keep both cross-functional stakeholders and creative team on track and accountable for their portions of the project.
Coordinate stakeholder feedback and involvement at every point of a project from establishing request requirements to final delivery and approval. This includes assessing when a project might require other teams (like legal, community, IT) for additional consultation or review.
Ensure project deliverables are delivered on brief and in the required specs.
Assess team schedules and creative resource bandwidth. Work with contracted outside resources when necessary.
Become familiar with our brand identity and guidelines, both on and off platform, and help enforce them when reviewing any collateral before it goes live.
