Responsibilities
Implement and manage provider engagement program initiatives, including provider education and incentives
Facilitate program discussions and activities with internal and external providers
Educate strategic providers with information and tools for success while addressing challenges in practice environments
Collaborate with vendors to align provider education with clinical documentation requirements and value-based payment programs
Track and monitor the success of provider engagement programs against set goals and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of managed care experience, preferably with a national or multi-location organization
Experience in a complex healthcare delivery environment, specifically with government-sponsored programs
Proven ability to innovate and drive organizational change
Excellent presentation and communication skills
