Responsibilities

You will be responsible for exam development and maintenance.

Developing quality certification exams for the Zscaler Certification program by following best practices in legally defensible certification exam development, while adapting for our business needs and global audience.

Overseeing exam development activities, including JTAs, item development, standard settings, and exam refreshes.

Developing and implementing standardized processes for the exam development cycle and serving as an ambassador for our subject matter experts, including recruitment, relationship building, and ability to drive results related to exam development and reviewing exam performance and collaborating with psychometric resources.
