Responsibilities
Oversee engineering programs to ensure projects are meeting deliverables for function, cost, and timing
Identify program deliverables and develop a plan to achieve them
Manage multiple programs and deliverables simultaneously
Work cross-departmentally to ensure efficient business operations
Manage indirect reports in the engineering team to meet deliverables
Resolve issues systematically with root cause identification
Support product development processes and product releasing
Support sourcing activities
Occasional travel required to support testing, supplier visits, or issue resolution
Collaborate with various teams for process improvement and validation of new designs
Track and hand off deliverables due to manufacturing and operations processes
Work in a cross-functional team to achieve company-wide goals

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent field
Eight (8) or more years of related experience in engineering, or related field
Automotive experience
DFSS or similar issue resolution methodology experience
Project management experience
Preferred
Experience with Porsche air cooled engines
CATIA, or similar CAD software
