Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment/evaluation of healthy eating, and active living curricula for parenting and early childhood programs (parents and children ages 0-5 years)
Review and update program materials to ensure information is age-appropriate, medically accurate, and responsive to participants' needs and interests.
Facilitate training and provide capacity-building support to Health Coordinators and site staff
Meet with program staff and conduct program observations to ensure effective program delivery
Review participation data, performance dashboards, and quarterly report
Share highlights, challenges, and strategies to improve programming
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Master's degree required. Advanced degree in Nutrition, Education, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
Five or more years of management experience, preferably in health or education
Three or more years of experience working in early childhood
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience conducting research and analyzing data
Experience working in various urban settings and with diverse populations
Team-oriented with strong organizational and collaborative skills
Knowledge of theory, principles, and methods for curriculum and training design
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to inspire patience, flexibility, creativity, and perseverance in others
Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends
Interest and passion in health promotion and youth development
