Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision, training, and support for TLS care coordinators.
Work with the Associate Director to enhance service delivery and meet performance standards.
Collaborate with various teams to manage referrals, engage landlords, and resolve conflicts.
Identify community resources for wellness and housing retention.
Review case files and ensure compliance with reporting guidelines.
Process unit assistance requests, monitor program budgets, and provide statistical data for grants.
Deliver clinical services if applicable and supervise MSW interns.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
A minimum of two years’ experience providing case management support to persons experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, including working with persons experiencing chronic health issues, mental health needs, or with histories of substance use.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), or equivalent degree, preferred.
Possess valid California driver's license and have access to properly registered vehicle.
Preferred
Knowledge of housing issues in San Gabriel Valley preferred.
At least one year of supervisory experience in a social service organization preferred.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
