Responsibilities
To develop the product, the market and the company both tactically and strategically to grow the CBSS Planned Maintenance and Prometha (Remote Monitoring) business to 1000 operating programs in 3 years.
To leverage the sales team, the Prometha team, the operations team to overcome obstacles and deliver results and meet customer expectations
To utilize all sources available for identifying leads and developing sales:
Stack Chaser to identify all potential targets for planned Maintenance and Prometha application
The CB manufacturing reports for equipment shipments for our territory to identify upcoming opportunities for Planned Maintenance and Prometha
Leverage territory weekly sales meetings to be aware of upcoming equipment opportunities
Leverage Sales Force for all opportunities for lead, opportunity and quote tracking
Work with Operations to find potential clients needing Planned Maintenance and/or Prometha
Develop and produce weekly call logs and visitation reports
Be willing to cold call across the territories with existing and potential clients
Write and standardize sales proposals and follow up
Work with CB Prometha team for updates and improvements aimed at simplifying and accelerating the implementation of the new technology across all markets.
Drive employee knowledge and training for Planned Maintenance and Prometha
Develop, compose and leverage case studies for sales presentations with clients
Willing to travel with operations team to sites
Complete all training required to become an expert in the field of maintenance excellence.

Required
Some College and/or equivalent industry experience required
Hands on experience / working knowledge of boilers and boiler systems required
Ability to endure frequent physical activity, work long days and handle outdoor elements including a variety of weather conditions
Must be able to access all parts of the boiler to examine boiler design and repair work, including climbing ladders, entering confined spaces and using proper PPE, including harnesses when over 6 feet off the ground
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or similar
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce for lead tracking and opportunity management
2 – 3 years of working experience with boilers
A background in mechanical systems maintenance tools and technology as well as implementation of IOT solutions
