Responsibilities
The Program Manager provides leadership, direction, and management of support for the APEX team.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive managerial, technical, and business knowledge, and experience relating to DoD and major systems or programs.
Have a proven ability to lead and provide direct input in solving complex issues involving staff and resources of sizable magnitude and can think strategically to address issues and implement plans for major operational defense programs.

Required
Executive level technical experience with 7 years or more of relevant experience.
Master’s Degree or higher in related field, equivalent experience/certification in a field relevant to the specific position, or substantial equivalent occupational experience.
Two years of experience using Microsoft Office.
Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
Delivers professional briefings to Flag Officers, General Officers, and members of the Senior Executive Service.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
US Citizenship is required.
Preferred
Five or more years of experience leading teams of 20 personnel or more.
Five or more years of experience managing program cost, performance, and schedule of a program exceeding $20 million in total value.
Five or more years of experience supporting a Headquarters-level DoD organization such as an Agency, Joint Staff, Service, Component, Major Command, or Combatant Command.
