Responsibilities
Assign and manage access to various research tools for team members.
Analyze tool usage and provide recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with tool suppliers to review usage, understand roadmaps, and organize training.
Contribute to capacity planning and budget allocation for research tools.
Maintain and update the team’s knowledge infrastructure, including SharePoint sites and research repositories.
Create templates, authorize access, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Set up and monitor virtual machines (VMs) and tenants in Azure.
Assist researchers with encrypted access for CI research projects.
Manage capacity needs for virtual machines and tenants.
Develop and maintain internal content on the team’s SharePoint Hub.
Draft and distribute bi-monthly newsletter articles based on published research.
Update and refine onboarding materials.
Collaborate with the Business Manager and Executive Admin on team transitions.
Address operational needs as they arise, ensuring smooth team functionality.

Required
5+ years of experience in program/project management or operational roles.
Proficiency with SharePoint and core apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with responsiveness to inquiries.
Proven problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, 'can-do' mindset.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple workstreams.
Technical acumen with Azure and SharePoint.
Preferred
Experience in tech, ideally within a UX or research operations team.
Familiarity with Azure.
