Responsibilities

Manage performance of all work on this contract.

Ensure strict adherence to contract compliance and quality control measures.

Oversee the delivery of fully qualified and trained personnel capable of providing funeral honors, information, assistance, referral, and follow-up services to families and survivors from all service components.

Oversee the development and delivery of training necessary to maintain a high level of proficiency among MFH and SOS coordinator staff.

Coordinate and conduct MFH and SOS annual training events/conferences.

Oversee coordinate support for qualified soldiers who wish to compete in the National Honor Guard Soldier of the Year competition.

Draft and deliver written reports in accordance with contract requirements.

Serve as primary POC for client.
