Responsibilities
Oversee, monitor, and manage regulatory and contractual requirements related to government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
Serve as the primary internal contact for informational requests and contract interpretations
Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for all lines of business, including timely submission of required reporting
Collaborate with functional area owners on state requirements and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion
Develop and maintain regulatory work plans and educate internal staff on changes to regulatory contracts

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managed care environment, including Medicare and Medicaid
High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Medicare compliance requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
