Responsibilities
Responsible for portfolio management and management/execution of project(s) assigned
Manage scope, issues, risks, and critical path activities thru partnership with technology and business teams
Establish governance, and actively engage stakeholders
Create and manage integrated project schedule, budget, constraints and dependencies
Work with stakeholders across functional areas to develop and support POC/soft launches
Conduct system mapping and analysis and enhanced processes as needed
Drive adoption in communication, change management and training planning
Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and interdependencies
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

Required
8+ years of experience in the management of projects/programs
3+ years of Airline/Aviation experience
Experience in TechOps / WiFi Installations / Avionics Engineering
Deep understanding of STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) process; FAA Certification Process
Led cross-functional projects/programs/portfolio $8M+ (minimum)
Highly organized, strong management skills, and ability to multi-task competing priorities; Excellent active listening skills and self-awareness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conform to shifting demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Word
Significant experience in an advanced management role
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Process management/improvement and OCM experience
