Responsibilities

Agile Leadership: Oversee multiple scrum masters, lead scrum of scrums, and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies.

Leadership by Example: Demonstrate leadership by example, setting high standards for performance, accountability, and collaboration.

Coaching and Mentoring: Act as a coach and mentor to teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.

Timeline Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by managing timelines and dependencies.

Effective Meetings: Facilitate meetings, produce detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.

Reporting: Create weekly milestone reporting, executive-level project summaries.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address escalations.

Global Coordination: Collaborate with global teams across Americas, EMIA, and APAC.

Digital Focus: Manage projects to enhance capabilities other digital marketing initiatives.

Proactive Blocker Management: Identify, anticipate, and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

7-10 years in project management, with a focus on digital sales and marketing projects.

Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification required.

Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience overseeing multiple scrum masters.

Fast pace, global environment requires high EQ and people leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage timelines, run effective meetings, and produce executive-level summaries.

Strong communication skills for engaging with VP-level stakeholders.

Experience working with global teams and managing cross-regional projects.
