Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the full systems development life cycle, from inception to deployment.
Implement enterprise-wide network engineering and strategic information planning.
Conduct business process reengineering to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate risks to the program, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Manage project cost, schedule, and performance to meet or exceed expectations.
Apply SAFe’s Lean Agile principles and practices to empower high-performing Agile teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT projects.
Extensive experience in full systems development life cycle and enterprise-wide network engineering.
Proven ability to manage project cost, schedule, and performance.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
Preferred
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal healthcare agencies.
Strong understanding of SAFe’s Lean Agile principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
