Responsibilities
Drive recurring meeting series for each category to triage/review new items pending for each and ensure action items are followed up in a timely manner
Manage communications with external partners to gather information and coordinate response activities
Maintain internal and public-facing documentation about the three programs, their processes, and policies for each category
Track tasks/bugs related to each category via ADO queries and create new tasks/bugs as needed

Required
Issue Tracking / Issue Resolution | 5+ Years of Experience
Managed communications with External Partners | 5+ Years of Experience
Project Management Skills | 5+ Years of Experience
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio
