Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.
Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
Conduct detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission-critical challenges/issues.
Consult with clients to define needs or problems.
Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data, providing advice and recommending solutions.
Ensure availability to the COR via telephone between 0830 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and respond to technical problems within 4 hours of notification.
Designate an alternate subject matter expert with full authority to act in the Program Manager's absence.

Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
Current Top Secret (TS) Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Eligibility.
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Prior approval from the Contracting Officer is required for any replacement of the Program Manager.
