Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Manage scope, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.

Utilize project management software such as Basecamp and Workday to track progress and communicate updates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT infrastructure solutions that meet project requirements.

Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide status updates and gather feedback.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in program management.

Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team capabilities in project management.

Required

Proven experience in program development and IT project management.

Strong understanding of scope management, cost control, and resource allocation.

Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant project management tools.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Master's Degree Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline.
