Responsibilities

Managing and developing project plans.

Interacting with customers and application engineers to define project scope.

Coordinating with suppliers and internal team members to ensure project timeline adherence.

Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.

Managing activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project completion on time.

Reviewing project status with customers and management team.

Driving effective meetings with internal and external teams.

Ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalation when required.

Implementing engineering change orders and maintaining project spending plan.

Ensuring proper closure of customer-related issues and guiding program decisions based on customer contracts.

Understanding all aspects required to launch a new program or order.

Responsible for customer management, satisfaction, revenue achievement, and business issue resolution.

3 years prior experience in both program management and team management.

Good computer software skills in Microsoft office suite.

A bachelor's degree is required.

Experience in problem-solving techniques.

Preparing contingency plans

Managing outsourcing and supply chain business.

Managing inventory control and forecasting demand planning.

Review of customer agreements and guidelines.

Mechanical structures and bill of materials.

Managing designs and pricing structure

Reconciling invoices and coordination of change management.

Engineering changes and revision control structure

Managing return material authorizations.

Communicating technical changes.

Managing corrective actions and preventive measures of case management.

Experience with ERP software database systems
