Responsibilities
Provide oversight and management for contract and staff.
Provide advice and assistance to the government organization on IT best practices.
Responsible for project tracking, work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Research and investigate new IT products and practices, and present recommendations to government staff.
Work with COR and KO to ensure mission requirements are met.
Work with leadership on contract matters including negotiations, compliance, and performance.
Ensure compliance with regulations and orders of the Commanding Officer.
Adhere to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other relevant discipline or 10-15 years equivalent work experience
Must be a certified Information Assurance Manager (IAM) level III (CISM, CISSP, CCISO)
Experience with project tracking, providing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Knowledge of FAR regulations and requirements
Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) network security requirements
Knowledge of network design, operation, and maintenance
Knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity requirements
Knowledge of and experience with help desk support and operation
Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications
Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an active Top Secret clearance
