Responsibilities

Develops, tracks, and manages product release plans, timelines, and scope. Documents the process, tracks it in Azure DevOps, attends APEX office hours to get guidance, and monitors the tasks in Service 360 tool.

Plans out product release requirement milestones based on the target ship timeline.

Works with various internal teams to clarify each release requirement and dependencies for the product.

Collaborates with the product engineering team to drive the process of meeting each requirement on time.

Contributes to the documentation of the product and acts as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize the product.

Helps develop the staging and implementation plan for release in alignment with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for AOPC product.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

1+ year(s) experience in project management, particularly cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

1+ year(s) experience releasing product.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
