Responsibilities
Provide senior leadership (Customer and Company) direction to program management activities, including major organizational transformation efforts; provide and maintain best practices for communication on the program.
Analyze and evaluate proposals for scope of related work; determine the feasibility of proposals and provide or evaluate cost-benefit analysis as appropriate.
Demonstrate an advanced competency in business analysis and organizational change management with ability to work with R&D, IT and the business.
May serve as a member of the senior leadership team; participate in thought leadership with decision-makers.
Lead integrated logistics support and/or quality assurance activities.
Develop, monitor, implement, effectively report and communicate budget(s) for the program's operation. Including management of customer changes, impact analysis and change order management.
Participate in the strategic planning process and provide input to strategic decisions makers and stake holders driving outcomes for the business.
Conduct staff recruitment, selection, and evaluation as necessary.
Lead and manage client projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans for initiatives, including setting goals, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, findings, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee all Program activities. Collaborating with key stakeholders to determine relevant in-scope controls, to identifying significant changes that warrant customer approval, budget changes, etc.
Develop and maintain the program schedule against budget and requirements.
Collaborate with a range of stakeholders from R&D, IT, Business to individual contributors and Third-Party consultancies.
Identify Program Gaps and risk with mitigation plans.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of job-related experience
Ability to adjust plans and milestones to changing priorities or customer requirements
Ability to travel once a month to customer site
Knowledge of industry-standard and organizationally accepted analysis principles and methods
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, coordination of forecasting and modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Skill in effectively managing change and the communication and enforcement thereof
Preferred
Master’s degree
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification
Healthcare or Medtech experience
IT Project management experience
