Responsibilities

Community Launch - Supporting regional leadership with the launch of the Pueblo operations including building out the work plan, informing the staffing plan, developing relationships with other local community agencies, and coordinating administrative functions.
Performance Management - Managing daily agency operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supervising team progress and effectiveness.
Program Management - Giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and implementation, and ensuring team engagement in ongoing learning and program delivery.
Culture Management - Fostering a non-punitive, inclusive, and supportive environment for staff and participants, resolving challenges with emotional intelligence, and cultivating healthy relationships within the team.
Direct Support - Carrying a small caseload of participants, guiding and coaching them in employment-related activities.
Administrative Support - Maintaining accurate client records, updating progress notes, and tracking data required by program management.

Required

3+ years of program implementation experience (program management experience preferred) in a fast-growing and results-oriented nonprofit environment
Working knowledge of local county and its criminal justice and workforce development systems and programs
Experienced in meeting performance-based goals
Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
Experience collecting, analyzing, and applying data to drive program strategy and decision making
Effective communication skills
Comfortable with technology, including Google Suite and Salesforce
Personal and professional commitment to the organization's mission
Dedication to social justice
Experience in the re-entry field
