Responsibilities
Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects.
Set strategies and objectives, coordinating activities across all projects.
Manage deadlines, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Lead, evaluate, and mentor technical leads, scrum masters, and other project staff.
Handle change, risk, and resource management to ensure program success.
Oversee vendor and personnel management, ensuring optimal team performance.
Assess program performance and take steps to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Prepare and present reports to senior government officials and stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance in areas requiring additional oversight.
Ensure cross-training of project team members to ensure project continuity.

Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale programs, with at least 2 years on Federal projects.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification, or a related degree in Information Technology.
Formal Agile software development training or certification.
Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and schedules in similar environments.
Experience with the management of complex systems and operational transformations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
