Responsibilities
Manage the development efforts for large programs consisting of multiple projects.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to help guide the product development process.
Review team progress to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
Ensure development efforts are proceeding within budget expectations.
Work with others to convert product vision and roadmaps into a development backlog.
Manage development backlogs in Jira.
Review and prioritize unplanned or unexpected work.
Assist business and system analysts in documenting requirements and business processes.
Determine schedules and coordinate deployments of new or updated functionality.
Work with others to ensure successful documentation and implementation of products and systems.
Review and incoming work requests including scope, estimates, and timelines.
Determine schedule and roadmap impacts from new requested for work.

Required
7+ years Program Management background
Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills; ability to successfully direct the work of others
Experience in software development and/or business analysis
Familiarity with change management/release management
Experience using JIRA
Familiarity with Google Suite
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Atlassian, Google suite, and Lucid Charts
Relate effectively and work respectfully with diverse workgroups
Ability to consistently perform well during times of increased workload
Set and meet deadlines
Manage multiple job functions simultaneously
Other duties as needed
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience
