Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day management of FSRI's Law Enforcement/ Social Service Co-Response Teams, Go Teams.
Provide crisis intervention, emergency screening, and triage in collaboration with law enforcement to children, youth, families, and individuals exposed to victimization and trauma in the community.
Supervise Go Team staff and manage the on-call schedule.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
Experience and training in victim services or crisis intervention required.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently and to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
Preferred
Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience in management skills and experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills (verbal and written) highly preferred.
Public speaking skills preferred.
Training in childhood trauma, police procedures and court experience preferred.
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
