Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
Analyze complex information and prepare comprehensive reports
Write and edit program documentation and communications
Meet critical deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively
Track program progress and ensure deliverables are met
Make informed decisions under time constraints

Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Minimum two (2) years experience providing executive support
Demonstrated experience in staffing and managing projects/programs
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and analyze information effectively
Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent tasks on short deadlines
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Experience in project coordination and execution
Preferred
