Responsibilities

Management of tasks assigned by PEO Soldier interfacing with subordinate commands and engaging in program management to include acquisition and budgeting support.

Provide day to day direction for a group of subordinates and expert functional guidance to employees.

Interface with Government management to resolve problems and establish priorities of work based on Government goals and objectives.

Distribute and balance workload, give on-the-job training, and lead the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements.

Articulate and communicate assignments, problems, milestones, and time frames for completion to the team.

Assign work to personnel, provide instruction and assistance, and assess strengths and weaknesses of the team.
