Required

Currently hold an active U.S. security clearance or be able to obtain one.

5+ years of project/program management experience, with a focus on leading software engineering teams using Agile methodologies.

5+ years of project/program management experience, with a focus on establishing and implementing project management processes that adhere to government requirements.

5+ years of project/program management experience, with a focus on providing strategic project and technical leadership to ensure task execution.

5+ years of project/program management experience, with a focus on managing costs and resources in alignment with budgets, utilizing EVM principles.

5+ years of project/program management experience, with a focus on developing and maintaining schedules, including POAM and IMS, to meet project deadlines.

Proficiency in using SDLC collaboration tools such as Atlassian and Azure DevOps.

Supervising personnel effectively, including providing clear communication and feedback.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Project, SharePoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
