Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and vision for the program as the single management focal point, aligning it with the organization's objectives and goals.
Build and maintain strong strategic advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication and collaboration.
Continuously monitor and enhance program performance by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource allocation.
Develop and manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and client success.
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact program success.
Manage Fusion’s contractual obligations as outlined in the SOW and MSA to ensure the agreed upon scope is delivered and invoke the change control process when necessary to keep the project aligned.
Generate regular reports, analyze program performance data, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a successful track record in overseeing large, complex major implementation efforts.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
