Responsibilities
Leader of Program Management Team (Iron Triangle)
Work with Product Development Engineer and Advance Quality Engineer on new product launches
Communicate directly with customers on matters related to product launches
Represent Fuyao at customer development events and meetings
Maintain documents in accordance with Fuyao policies, APQP, and Customer deliverables
Handle OEM customers and multiple programs/window openings
Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' for internal processes
Organize internal teammates and processes to support customer deliverables
Attend Customer build events and meetings, including international travel
Maintain program budget and ensure on-time delivery of products
Input customer orders into ERP system, create timing charts, and manage costs
Acquire product and process knowledge within the first 90 days
Ability to work overtime and be multi-functional

Required
More than 3 years automotive manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Previous positions of demonstrated dynamic matrix management, budget controls and timing chart creation
Bachelor of Science in Engineering fields or Business Management
Safety FIRST! Mindset is required
Ability to walk or move around the plant for extended periods of time. Some lifting up to 35 lbs. with assistance is expected
MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Knowledge of and familiarity MRP/ERP software. PLEX is current shop standard
Skilled in documentation of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) & PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
Manufacturing processes-Hi speed assembly, packaging, preferred glass bending and manufacturing
Leadership ability (w/ motivational & cooperative aptitude)
Demonstrated decision making/leadership abilities in managing multiple programs to meet goals (quality, cost and delivery of programs) from concept through launch
Preferred
Masters degree is preferred
MS Project skilled
Outlook is the email client. Also use of Skype, and SharePoint navigation
