Responsibilities
Establish and alter corporate management structure for effective contract support activities.
Serve as primary point of contact with client management personnel.
Develop travel cost projections, enforce work standards, and supervise personnel.
Oversee contractor projects to ensure successful management of teams.
Assist senior leadership in analyzing needs and preparing required documentation.
Provide oversight of contractor's processes, projects, workflow, and quality control.
Direct supervision of IT software development processes and telecommunications systems.

Required
15 years of experience in assisting Commands in the managing of government owned facilities, security programs, training programs, maintenance programs, IT software programs, and as well as DOD supply chain inventory and assets management programs.
Expert knowledge in: project management (to include PMP certification or equivalent), IT application deployment, knowledge in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms in managing subcontracts of various types and complexity.
Currently trained (within the past five years) in the principles of Project Management Standards: Team, Stewardship, Quality, Tailoring, Stakeholders, System Thinking, Value, Leadership, Complexity. Change, Risk, Adaptability and Resilience.
Expert knowledge of the Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) concept of operations and the Naval Beach Group Table of Allowances.
Expert knowledge in the management of a TOA, facilities, assemblies requirements, and aiding in the management of logistics IT structures in an APSR.
Expert knowledge of ROC/POE development, analysis, practices, procedures, etc.
Must have an accredited Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management, or other related field; plus a minimum of 15 years of related experience in leadership positions and a current PMP certification (within the past five years) or the equivalent.
Have the demonstrated ability and history of the development and management using Project Management Plans and Work Breakdown Structures that are in full alignment and compliance with the PMBOK.
