Responsibilities

Develop strong stakeholder partnerships and drive consensus among parties.

Define focused objectives and scope for specific programs/projects.

Navigate through the organization, anticipate potential issues, and plan approach accordingly.

Incite cooperation from various resources and defuse tensions within the project team.

Identify and lead simplification initiatives to improve project management capabilities.

Lead diverse projects of high visibility and complexity, including operational efficiency improvements and infrastructure upgrades.

Facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional issues and negotiate with executive level stakeholders.

Conduct comprehensive status reviews of programs and related projects, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.

Guide development of program structure aligning projects with organizational goals.

Oversee staffing, recruitment, and career development of team members.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and encourage growth opportunities.

Maintain regular communication with employees and ensure a motivating work environment.

5 Or Years Of Project Management Experience - Required

5 or years of Microsoft Office product experience - Required

Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification – Preferred

Agile And/or Scrum Certification - Preferred

Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; lead and inspire teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity.

Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.

Preferred

5 Or More Years Of Healthcare Experience- Preferred

5 or years of Information Technology experience - Preferred

5 or more years of project management experience, including 4 or more years of managing large (5,000+ hours), complex projects - Preferred.

Other as Noted: 10 or more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
