Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of HR programs, including system implementations, workforce planning, and organizational redesign.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global or large-scale organizations to ensure program success.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, detailed timelines, and high-quality reports to drive accountability.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and create insightful reporting dashboards.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely delivery and adaptability.

Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on HR programs in large enterprises.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven track record of managing large-scale HRIS implementations and enterprise-wide programs.
Preferred
PMP certification is highly desirable.
