Responsibilities

Oversee and manage our company's scope in the enterprise cloud migration program, coordinating closely with other contractors and government partners

Drive program planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple phases of assessment, modernization, and migration

Act as a primary point of contact with government stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status, addressing issues, and aligning program objectives with government priorities

Ensure adherence to government contracting requirements, compliance standards, and program financial guidelines

Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth

Facilitate communication across technical, management, and client teams, ensuring alignment on project milestones and addressing any obstacles promptly

Implement project management best practices (Agile, Waterfall as appropriate) to optimize program performance and outcomes

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project risks are identified, managed, and mitigated effectively

Required

10+ years of experience managing government projects and programs, with a focus on technology platforms, IT modernization or cloud migration initiatives

Strong understanding of government program financial management, budgeting, and reporting

Proficiency in federal government contracting processes and compliance requirements

Demonstrated experience managing teams and fostering a positive work environment

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

MBA or advanced degree in business or technology management is highly desirable

Active Secret Clearance or higher

Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and government cloud compliance frameworks

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting to diverse audiences

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions

Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, or similar
