Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of product initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Work closely with Project Managers to define, prioritize, and manage the backlog, translating high-level product ideas into detailed project tasks.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Proactively identify, monitor, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related updates, providing stakeholders with regular progress reports and insights.
Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Required
Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS or software development environments.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or SAFe; certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and any PI Planning tools is highly beneficial.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to solving project-related challenges.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and ensure high-quality project execution.
