Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program oversight for data consolidation and compliance initiatives.
Coordinate with IT, Data Teams, and business stakeholders to centralize member preference/contact data into a unified repository.
Ensure alignment of program goals with compliance mandates and organizational objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.
Oversee financials, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for program budgets up to $2M.
Foster a collaborative culture among project teams in a matrixed environment to drive successful outcomes.

Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
(In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.)
Experience: 8+ years in program/project management with a focus on data-centric initiatives.
Strong background in data management, including data lakes, repositories, and integration projects.
Data Expertise: Proven ability to manage data integration, consolidation, and centralization projects.
Collaboration: Experience driving cross-functional collaboration among IT, Data Teams, and business units.
Stakeholder Engagement: Expertise in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering alignment with program goals.
Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing program budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
Change Management: Demonstrated ability to navigate undefined processes and implement strategic improvements.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data platforms, compliance requirements, and enterprise systems.
Exceptional adaptability to evolving priorities and dynamic project environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
Ability to balance business outcomes with technical deliverables effectively.
Preferred
Experience with platforms like Snowflake, enterprise systems, and large-scale data repositories.
PMP Certification or SAFe Certification.
Master’s degree in a related field.
