Responsibilities
Work closely with the product and technical teams to develop a detailed project plan including all milestones, dependencies, etc. to ensure on-time product delivery.
Maintain and drive the End-to-End Plan with the team, ensuring accountability across all parties to meet deliverables.
Manage dependencies between work streams, other programs, and re-plan as needed based on strategy pivots or changing priorities.
Update and refresh the visual detailed program plan regularly, ensuring teams are on track and meeting needs.
Coordinate and manage the roll-out of self-checkout across stores, including verification of installation and handling technical issues in the field.
Manage risk/issue logs, action items, resource planning, and assist with budget management.

Required
Bachelors/4 Year Degree (minimum); Master’s degree a plus
3-6 years of experience
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong relationship building skills and ability to drive a project forward
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization is critical for full-scale management
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
