Responsibilities

Interface with clients on technical matters and project subject matters from project initiation through delivery.

Provide program/project schedules and status reports.

Create functional specifications, requirements, and/or scope for product, service, and/or project implementation.

Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers.

Organize cross-functional activities to ensure program completion on schedule and within budget constraints.

Manage/oversee projects.

Identify missing and invalid data in GPU Tracker and coordinate updates.

Ensure alignment between Signal PBI and GPU Tracker.

Participate in working sessions to align portfolio change needs.

Maintain GPU signal change log and perform updates to Facility Manager.

Assist in organizing and maintaining data for special investigations.

Contact sites for Tap Box & Cable Tray Service Operations, track PO submissions, confirm shipping and delivery dates, and update trackers accordingly.

Coordinate RMA process and return labels if required.

Help collect missing data working with partner teams to close data gaps.

Work with DCPMs to track installation dates and verify rack deployment requirements.
