Responsibilities

Monitor and track the status of companies in the accreditation queue.
Communicate regularly with companies regarding the accreditation process.
Actively recruit and encourage companies to become accredited with NEMTAC®.
Attend all Accreditation Advisory Committee (AAC) meetings, providing updates and insights on accreditation status and company involvement.
Oversee the NEMTAC® educational programs and ensure the content is current, accurate, and in alignment with industry standards.
Monitor and update educational content based on feedback and developments within the NEMT industry, in collaboration with the Certification & Standards Advisory Committee (CSAC).
Enroll and monitor students in educational content.
Approve student assignments, ensuring alignment with program standards.
Attend all meetings of the Certification & Standards Advisory Committee to implement new or revised educational initiatives.
Provide logistical and on-site support for instructor-led courses hosted across the country, including travel when necessary.
Act as a key point of contact for NEMTAC® accreditation inquiries.
Foster relationships with industry professionals, companies, and partners to encourage participation in both accreditation and educational programs.
Support the growth of NEMTAC®'s education and accreditation programs through strategic communication and marketing initiatives.
Regularly update internal systems and records related to accreditation and education.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and advisory committees.
Assist the Executive Director with various administrative tasks related to program growth and development.

Required

Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as needed

Preferred

Master’s degree
Prior experience in program management, education, accreditation, or a related field
Familiarity with the NEMT industry
