Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization including hardware, software, and services components.

Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset that balances internal and external priorities.

Perform active risk identification and risk mitigation strategies to meet customer and revenue obligations.

Drive key program management deliverables including kickoff meetings, project plans, lessons learned, internal and external communications, etc.

Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.

Define and own program metrics and key performance indicators.

Required

Bachelors in engineering, computer science, or business

5+ years of experience leading customer-facing programs

Demonstrated success leading cross-organizational programs and holding teams and individuals accountable to timelines and deliverables

Excellent communication and emotional intelligence (EI) skills

Detail oriented

Ability to operate autonomously in a complex, ambiguous environment

Keen experience to identify problems and proactively work towards solutions

Preferred

Project Management Professional® and Certified Scrum Master® certifications

Software management experience
