Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations

Host events, track corporate participation, and design new ways to increase engagement

Own relationships with startups in the accelerator program

Hold intake and exit interviews with startups to ensure program goals are met

Grow ecosystem of mentors and VCs to bring more value to the program

Set up sessions for startups to meet with Mentors, VCs, and corporate partners

Collect feedback and develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths

Wrap up the program with batch analysis report and individual startup report cards

Setup events, mentor sessions, workshops, and deal flows for the program

Inform network about upcoming events and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare materials for events, such as name tags, demo table signs, and registration

Meet regularly with stakeholders to facilitate communication and project management

Create and co-host community events to continue engagement and grow the ecosystem

Coordinate monthly newsletters and social media updates with the marketing team

Prepare flyers and communication tools for major events with the marketing team

Required

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking

Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

A passion for early-stage venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship with a good understanding of emerging technologies
