Responsibilities
Perform as a program/project manager on multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects and major strategic initiatives spanning multiple organizations, including third-party businesses.
Develops, implements, and maintains project management best practices.
Works on large projects exceeding twelve months in duration or having significant budget impact on the business unit.
Develops and composes business cases to support the acquisition of development of critical project components.
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information on project phases, task, duration, resources, and costs.
Participates in developing plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resources assignments for projects that are subject to management review and approval.
Act as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, business unit functional areas and project development teams to ensure effective project coordination among participating groups.
Facilitates communication among project participants to expedite project processes to resolve issues and problems.
Schedule and facilitate meetings on project status and issue resolution.

Required
Skills-IAM, Cyber security, Risk, Tableau
10 + years of project management experience.
3 + years’ experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools including software.
Excellent knowledge of Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk and compliance.
Excellent knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
Excellent knowledge of legislation and regulations impacting business unit industry.
Excellent knowledge of business unit products and operations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent project management, leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with basic data analysis (e.g., Excel).
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira etc.
Experience with information security/Technology/Infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Security experience identity and access management (no industry requirements).
Security or technology PM experience.
Rolled out identity and access management changes to a global workforce.
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master preferred.
Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
Note: Huge benefit if someone is able to come to the Dallas office for hybrid location.
