Responsibilities

Actively listen to our customer inquiries to deliver an overwhelming sense of customer satisfaction.

Follow all contract reviews for primary account to ensure proper launch timing and implementation.

Review and enter purchase orders and material releases.

Interact with external customer websites and programs.

Review and coordinate all changes to material pricing programs.

Communicate customer requirements throughout Ramco.

Facilitate and disperse customer operational requirements to appropriate Ramco departments.

Internal order expediting, both prototype and production.

Complete additional tasks or projects as directed by Management.

Must be familiar with the requirements of and comply with TS16949.

Abide by the guidelines and embrace the principles of the Ramco employee manual.

Required

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Experience with inside sales or customer service required.

Experience with the requirements of the automotive OEMs required.

Experience in the fastener industry or related industry preferred.

Experience with Chrysler, Ford, or Volvo preferred.
