Responsibilities

Compliance, training, talent development, and project administration
Initiating and evaluating projects
Mentoring and leading teams
Developing and evaluating processes
Identifying and training top talent for placement in specified project roles
Conducting financial audits of projects
Ensuring PMs stay on top of every number of their budget (POs are processed and reconciled)
Ensuring PMs stay on top of their risks & issues on a weekly basis
Proactively identifying risks & issues and figuring out the impact to budget, scope, and timeline
Working with the team to create a mitigation plan
Ensuring PMs hold the team accountable to their delivery dates
Ensuring PMs stay on top of their financials
Being aggressive, a driver, pushing forward, and not backing down
Politely calling people out when necessary
