Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the transition of partners into the A&C Partner Program Ecosystem, ensuring timely and successful onboarding.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, Legal, Strategy, Support, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
Develop and Execute Transition Plans: Build and manage a comprehensive transition plan, including all related activities, processes, and timelines in close collaboration with the shared services team.
Drive Internal/External Enablement: Work with key stakeholders to enable both internal and external teams for a successful transition.
Change Management & Reporting: Manage change and track all project deliverables, providing regular status updates and reports on milestones.
Identify and Resolve Obstacles: Proactively address risks or dependencies that may hinder project success, ensuring seamless integration across various teams and functions.

Required
3-5 years in consulting, operations, or program management roles, or 3+ years of experience in a technology-focused organization, with a focus on partner programs, business operations, or similar.
Experience managing large-scale initiatives across multiple geographies and working with sales/field teams is a plus.
Preferred
Strong project management experience, including end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading projects in matrixed environments, managing dependencies, and driving successful outcomes.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Ability to navigate complex relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders professionally and clearly.
Comfortable with change management and ensuring adoption across cross-functional teams.
Personal Traits: Self-starter who takes initiative is highly motivated and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
A team player with a collaborative mindset who puts the success of the team first.
