Responsibilities
Oversee and manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple projects within a program
Ensuring seamless integration, resource optimization, and timely completion
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, teams, and leadership to drive excellence in program execution

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in program or project management
Proven track record of managing large, complex programs involving cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies
Preferred
Master’s degree
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PgMP (Program Management Professional)
Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master)
