Responsibilities
Oversee all program management activities and serve as The Providencia Group’s Primary point of contact with the Government.
Oversee the successful delivery of all data collection and data analysis tasks including the development and delivery of effective briefing materials and the validation with field, regional, and headquarters partners through stakeholder engagement.
Oversee the development and dissemination of various products designed to convey lessons learned, improvements in undertaking emergency management services, and findings that will benefit managers within FEMA at the national, regional, and field office level as well as state and local emergency management response agencies.
Oversee all training and technical assistance activities to support internal FEMA and external state and local emergency managers.
Oversee the enhancement and operations and maintenance of the Continuous Improvement Information System.
Oversee all disaster readiness operations.
Oversee the disaster after-action review process.
Oversee the enhancement of disaster field offices to conduct more effective and efficient operations through deployment of Lean Six Sigma personnel and other formally certified personnel to create a culture of continuous improvement and to adopt best practices.
Duties are performed via a government approved computer system. Employees are required to possess strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel.

Required
Undergraduate Degree Required.
Minimum of ten years recent experience managing a contract of similar size and scope.
Minimum of ten years of emergency management and/or homeland security experience to include work on a declared disaster, and experience with state and local emergency management agencies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical support activities simultaneously, including analysis and data collection.
Demonstrated experience producing written reports for elected officials, executives, and senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience facilitating executive and senior leadership discussions, working groups, or events.
Ability to develop project management documentation and detailed project work plans and execute those tasks in less than 72 hours.
Must possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams.
Ability to type 45 wpm.
Complete a Drug Test.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to obtain a Tier 2, Non-sensitive Public Trust (Moderate Risk) Clearance.
Available to travel as necessary.
Must be a U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Residency requirement - 3 consecutive years in the last 5 years.
