Responsibilities

Follow a rigorous process to ensure team awareness of client agreements, risk mitigation plans, schedules, budgets, and product specifications.

Establish Product Lifecycle Management plans and monitor financial performance for project completion.

Ensure task owners understand their responsibilities, have adequate resources, and complete tasks on time.

Assess and mitigate risks for potential obstacles in programs.

Partner with clients to resolve issues efficiently and prevent future occurrences.

Communicate solutions to customers and facilitate major program milestones.

Provide proactive updates to clients on project progress, risks, and recovery plans.

Lead cost reduction efforts, conduct periodic business reviews, and identify new business opportunities.

Facilitate design processes and transfer products into volume production.

Identify and lead improvements in client experience touch points and program management processes.

Implement the brand promise in standardized processes and ensure repeatable results from the client perspective.
